SaktoPara calculates locally from the values you enter. Some starting numbers are example assumptions. You can edit all of them.

Your inputs
Income, expenses, car price, down payment, loan term, and any ownership costs you replace.
Example assumptions
Interest rate, kilometers, fuel price, insurance, maintenance, and registration start as examples so the form is usable immediately.
Financing
Your inputs + example assumption
SaktoPara estimates the monthly loan payment using a standard fully amortizing (reducing-balance) formula. The quoted annual interest rate is converted to a monthly rate and applied to the remaining principal. This is an estimate for planning, not a bank quotation. Some Philippine auto loans are advertised using add-on interest, which is a different method and is not used here.
Loan principal = car price − down payment
Monthly loan payment uses annual interest ÷ 12 and the selected term
A 0% rate splits the principal evenly across the term
A 100% down payment is treated as a cash purchase with no loan
Fuel
Example assumption, editable
Monthly fuel is estimated from distance, fuel economy, and a fuel price you can change.
Monthly fuel = monthly kilometers ÷ km per liter × fuel price
Defaults are labeled as example estimates, not live pump prices
Ownership costs
Example assumptions, editable
Insurance, maintenance, registration, parking, and tolls are converted to monthly amounts and added to the loan and fuel.
The tools start from the money you already have in a month, then subtract current expenses and estimated car costs.
Remaining monthly money = take-home income − current expenses − all-in monthly car cost
Car cost ratio = all-in monthly car cost ÷ take-home income × 100
Total committed spending = current expenses + all-in monthly car cost
Why results are estimates
Actual loans use lender-specific fees, computation methods, and approval rules. Actual ownership costs depend on the vehicle, driving, location, and insurance. SaktoPara does not connect to market APIs and does not claim a result will match a quotation. See the disclaimer for the product limits.
